What you will do

• Lead development efforts and contribute to technical discussions and decision-making.
• Mentor team members and support their growth.
• Build full-stack web applications using modern technologies, translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Plan and implement development tasks based on designs and requirements, ensuring delivery on time.
• Write and maintain unit and end-to-end tests, and participate in developer testing.
• Find and fix bugs to keep product quality high.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Python application development (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) and full-stack development with stronger backend focus and expected frontend exposure.
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
• Experience building Data+AI centered apps (ML/GenAI/LLM-based applications) and/or dashboards.
• Experience with ORM libraries (SQLAlchemy) and relational databases.
• Experience with vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with unit and end-to-end testing.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience designing and implementing agentic AI solutions using RAG, tool calls, and reasoning layers.
• Experience with Databricks (Apps, Lakeflow Jobs, UC, Model Serving, Asset Bundles, auth methods/service principals).
• React/Angular and TypeScript knowledge, plus experience with Node.js and reactive programming.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems.
