• Communicate with members via phone and email with empathy and care
• Assist with onboarding, new account setup, and financial coaching

• Accurately document all member interactions and activities

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability for an 8-hour shift between 6am and 8pm
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
