What you will do
- Communicate with members via phone and email with empathy and care
- Assist with onboarding, new account setup, and financial coaching
- Provide solutions tailored to the unique needs of each member
- Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and best practices
- Accurately document all member interactions and activities
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for an 8-hour shift between 6am and 8pm
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
