What you will do
- Resolve inbound customer inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and digital banking support.
- Provide tier-one technical assistance for online banking profiles and debit card issues.
- Maintain accurate records and interpret customer information using internal systems.
- Promote virtual branch solutions to meet or exceed quality and productivity goals.
- Ensure security of customer information and perform authentication on every call.
- Collaborate with internal teams to report trends and escalate complex issues.
Requirements
- Must reside within 50 miles of Charleston, SC
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an inbound call center or financial services.
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Availability to work 8:00am-4:45pm EST with a rotating Saturday shift.
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download/5 Mbps upload) with direct Ethernet connectivity.
