What you will do

• Develop and maintain training curricula and materials for MACCS systems.
• Conduct various training events including New Employee Training and Delta sessions.
• Provide over-the-shoulder coaching and on-site training programs.
• Manage post-event reporting and documentation to ensure compliance.
• Configure and maintain tactical data links and network hardware.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance required
• Five years of experience with MACCS family of systems.
• Three years of instructor or analyst experience supporting Marine Corps systems.
• Experience with Cisco hardware and virtual environment OS management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or four additional years of USMC training experience.
• Experience with Link 16 and Joint Range Extension Application Protocols.
