Salary: $110,000 - $150,000

What you will do

• Design and review test cases for embedded runtimes to ensure high-quality releases.
• Execute E2E and UAT testing from a user perspective across web, mobile, and OTT applications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to report issues, verify fixes, and monitor production releases.
• Propose improvements to test cycle efficiency and align test suite coverage across the organization.
• Manage issue tracking and report test execution status to project and engineering leadership.
• Utilize logging tools like Charles Proxy and Splunk to troubleshoot system workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA processes and test management tools (Jira, Confluence, Xray, etc.).
• Must be able to work from the New York office at least 4 days per week.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies for web, mobile, and OTT applications.
• Experience with connected devices (Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Android TV, gaming consoles).
• Knowledge of networking, SSL, firewalls, CDN, and DRM technologies.
• Ability to understand and test complex End-to-End system workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium or Cypress.
• Understanding of DevOps principles.
• Prior experience in digital media or entertainment industry support.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple deliverables.
