What you will do

• Define and implement test execution standards across the service stack for public-facing sites, apps, and backend services.
• Collaborate with Product Management to align on acceptance criteria and maintain regression suites.
• Manage gating and CI/CD procedures as part of broader release strategies.
• Develop automation frameworks encompassing both UI and API related testing capabilities.
• Implement smoke and regression testing for internal data services and backend API resources.
• Provide feedback to product owners and engineering resources to improve testing behaviors and enable continuous release processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for digital platforms.
• Proven track record in software testing and automation with a technical understanding of CI/CD processes.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle in cloud environments for enterprise application support.
• Experience collaborating in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
