What you will do

• Conduct employee orientations and safety training on company policies and regulations.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections of work areas to ensure compliance.
• Implement and manage HS&E programs, including behavior-based safety and risk management.
• Provide coaching and safety support to construction field operations teams.
• Supervise safety activities and participate in incident investigations to identify root causes.
• Review construction work plans with project managers to ensure safety standards are met.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of safety experience in an industrial construction setting.
• Must hold a Degree, CSST, NCCER, or COSS in occupational/safety health.
• Must possess a valid TWIC card.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent required.
• Experience with work permitting processes for high-risk activities like confined space, crane lifts, and working at height.
• Ability to walk extensively and climb stairs, ladders, or scaffolds in diverse work environments.
