• Collaborate with internal product teams and customer stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships to drive long-term engagement.

Requirements

• Fluent English and German (written and verbal).
• Experience in a consultative or implementation-focused customer-facing role.
• Ability to map and understand complex business processes.
• High level of structure, ownership, and follow-through.
• Genuine interest in AI and its real-world operational impact.
• Must be based in Berlin and available for regular travel within Germany and to Stockholm HQ.
