What you will do

• Lead visual direction for social-first campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Develop multi-platform visual concepts extending from social formats to digital display, CRM, OOH, and POS.
• Art direct photography, video, and content shoots to ensure authentic and inclusive brand representation.
• Mentor and guide a studio team of designers and content creators to elevate design standards.
• Integrate Gen AI tools into the creative process to enhance ideation and production.
• Collaborate with strategists and brand teams to ensure visually cohesive and strategically aligned assets.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing social-first design and conceptual thinking for consumer brands.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
• Experience in art directing photography, video, or content shoots.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor creative professionals.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Must be based in Canada.
