What you will do

• Test new features, bug fixes, and updates prior to release.
• Investigate user-reported issues to determine if they are bugs, configuration errors, or workflow questions.
• Reproduce issues and document clear steps, expected results, and actual outcomes.
• Create detailed tickets for confirmed bugs and verify fixes once implemented.
• Perform regression testing across internal operations, event management, and billing workflows.
• Communicate effectively with internal users and developers to resolve technical issues.
