What you will do

• Lead the architecture and technical strategy for the Foundry implementation.
• Design and build scalable data pipelines to ingest infrastructure and business system data.
• Define data models, schemas, and ontology structures to create a digital twin of the business.
• Establish governance standards for data versioning, access control, and compliance.
• Mentor engineers and analysts to raise technical capability and quality across the team.
• Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to translate business needs into robust data solutions.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on expertise in Palantir Foundry, including ontology modelling and pipeline development.
• Proven experience providing technical leadership and setting architectural direction.
• Strong proficiency in Python and data engineering frameworks like Spark, PySpark, or Dask.
• Experience with API-driven data integration including REST and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Git-based development workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with distributed systems or usage-based billing data.
