What you will do

• Drive practical R&D initiatives in GenAI for real-world financial use cases.
• Build and ship full-stack features across FastAPI, Angular, and AWS.
• Own the development process from initial prototype to production deployment.
• Lead technical architecture discussions and guide team members through code reviews.
• Manage data pipelines for financial signals and news ingestion.
• Ensure platform performance and reliability as the user base grows.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Germany (Berlin, Karlsruhe, or Munich).
• 5+ years of experience shipping production software.
• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency with the Angular frontend framework.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or AWS CDK.
