What you will do

• Drive high-impact enterprise deployments through focused on-site engagements to implement production workflows.
• Design and build production-grade automation solutions, including custom nodes and integrations tailored to customer environments.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical designs that prioritize real customer value.
• Bridge the gap between customer needs and the internal product roadmap by documenting technical gaps and implementation learnings.
• Contribute to an internal playbook library of reusable automation patterns and integration frameworks.
• Ensure deployments are time-boxed and scalable, avoiding unnecessary complexity and promoting customer ownership.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with professional experience in full-stack or backend development.
• Expertise in building integrations, APIs, and working with event-driven systems and authentication patterns.
• Confidence in customer-facing roles, with the ability to build trust with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong technical judgment to distinguish between one-off workarounds and core product features.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% of the time, primarily within Europe.
• Must have the existing right to work in the US or Europe (Visa sponsorship is available only for Germany).

• Familiarity with hirify.global or similar workflow automation tools.
• Experience with strategic enterprise account deployments in complex technical environments.
• Proven track record of building custom nodes, connectors, plugins, or SDKs.
• Previous experience in forward deployed or solutions engineering roles.
