What you will do

• Design, build, and own core infrastructure for the AI agent platform, from data pipelines to production deployment.
• Build and scale backend systems for high-throughput document processing and data extraction workloads.
• Architect and deploy cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure; manage containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to enable fast shipping with production reliability.
• Develop data infrastructure connecting AI agents to databases, vector stores, and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM).
• Build robust APIs and integration layers with reliability patterns (retries, observability, graceful degradation), plus monitoring and cost/performance optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend or infrastructure engineering, ideally supporting production AI/ML systems or high-throughput data pipelines.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Expertise with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (document/vector databases).
• Deep experience deploying and scaling production applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong security knowledge: OAuth2 and JWT, plus best practices for securing distributed systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with RPA tools.
• Familiarity with graph databases (Neo4j) for complex workflows.
• Familiarity with Go and Rust.
• Experience working with AI/ML teams using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
