What you will do

• Design, build, and test microservices for the NMS platform.
• Work spec-first on new services while maintaining and hardening legacy monolith code.
• Utilize AI coding agents to assist in development, ensuring critical review and verification of all outputs.
• Carve well-bounded services out of existing legacy systems.
• Collaborate via GitHub using PRs, code reviews, and CI pipelines.
• Investigate and resolve customer-reported defects by identifying root causes and shipping verified fixes.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical depth required.
• 0–3 years of experience (strong internships or personal/open-source projects are accepted).
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, clean OOP, and design patterns.
• Working proficiency in Java and/or Python.
• Comfortable with SQL, REST/JSON, Linux, and Git/GitHub.
• Fluent with AI coding assistants and capable of critical output review.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Full-stack experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Angular).
• Experience with Spring/Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and streaming technologies (Kafka).
• Familiarity with C++, Go, or network management domain knowledge.
