What you will do
- Execute competitive bidding processes for direct and indirect commodities and services using RFP/RFQ.
- Conduct comprehensive category assessments, including spend analysis, demand forecasting, and supply market intelligence.
- Draft and manage contracts, amendments, and business agreements in close coordination with the legal department.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
- Audit contract management systems to identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements for increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain verticals to optimize the value of supplier relationships and ensure contract compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Data Science.
- At least 3 years of professional sourcing experience.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools, specifically Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of procurement practices, bid analysis, and contract construction.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to stakeholders.
