What you will do

• Perform material examinations according to established procedures, codes, and standards.
• Organize and report results of examinations through written instructions.
• Interface with department managers and clients to determine work scope and priorities.
• Provide guidance and OJT to trainees.
• Work independently and support team members in industrial environments.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (ITAR compliance requirement).
• Valid Level II UTSW and Level II MT certifications.
• Proven experience with AWS D1.1.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Physical ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods and work shifts up to 12 hours/day, 7 days/week.
