What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers regarding product-related issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to prioritize customer feedback and address technical challenges.
• Analyze product performance metrics to assess business impact and identify innovation opportunities.
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring new ideas are documented and communicated effectively.
• Create and deliver presentations on product performance and roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate feature implementation in the field to refine functionality and ensure alignment with user needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product or project management within a technology-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Trello, and data analysis software such as Excel and Tableau.
