What you will do

• Architect and develop automated test equipment (hardware and software) including fixtures, instrumentation, and safety interlocks.
• Establish test strategies and limits based on DFMEA/PFMEA to ensure world-class coverage of critical product parameters.
• Implement data acquisition solutions and integrate them with factory networks and cloud platforms for real-time reporting.
• Configure and maintain cloud-based dashboards to monitor EOL performance, yields, and quality trends.
• Support AI/ML-based predictive analytics to detect emerging quality issues and process drift early.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of test failures to drive corrective actions and design-for-test improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience (7+ preferred) in high-volume production and product development with automated test equipment.
• Strong background in instrumentation, sensors, data acquisition hardware, and PLCs.
• Proficiency in Python, LabVIEW, or similar languages for automation and data integration.
• Deep understanding of structured new product development processes (Stage-gate).
• Ability to travel up to 25% as required by demand.
