What you will do

• Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and partners within the Brazilian market.
• Act as a lead advisor to top-tier strategic partners, leveraging proprietary data and technology to drive growth.
• Translate complex data into actionable business cases to move key metrics including CAC, LTV, and ROI.
• Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to maintain efficiency during rapid scaling.
• Collaborate with regional General Managers to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in analytical business roles, ideally in strategy consulting, fast-growing startups, or investment banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must.
• Must be based in Buenos Aires for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable business growth.
• Ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders across different cultures and disciplines.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
