What you will do
- Lead the development and evolution of design projects across product and marketing initiatives.
- Build and scale design systems to ensure visual consistency and efficiency across all digital touchpoints.
- Develop brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and creative standards.
- Create high-quality digital assets for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other communication channels.
- Design vector icons and UI elements for use across product and marketing experiences.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align design execution with business goals.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Excellent understanding of typography, composition, layout design, and color theory.
- Proven experience creating digital assets for social media, presentations, and infographics.
- Familiarity with AI-based design tools and workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Germany.
Nice to have
- Experience in product or marketing design environments.
- Exposure to the iGaming or fast-paced digital product industries.
