• Partner with leaders across Eastern Europe to shape and deliver people plans aligned to business priorities.
• Drive performance, talent, and succession strategies to build leadership strength across the region.
• Lead organizational design and workforce planning to support business growth and change.
• Use data and insights to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Support leaders in building an engaging, inclusive, and high-performance culture across different markets.
• Oversee HR operations and coordinate payroll inputs to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a multi-country or international environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices across East Europe.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
• Experience across performance, talent, reward, and organizational change.
• Ability to balance strategic partnering with operational delivery.
• Must be located in Bucharest, Romania.
