TL;DR

Location: Remote with 50% travel to Midland and Odessa, TX

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical resource for customers, sales teams, and supplier partners.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate customer operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to provide technical recommendations for customer applications.
  • Develop technical proposals, application solutions, and professional customer presentations.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on product development, technical support, and new product launches.
  • Deliver product and industry training for both internal teams and customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, field service, field engineering, or process engineering.
  • Proven experience supporting midstream or downstream oil & gas, refining, petrochemical, or pipeline operations.
  • Ability to travel regularly to customer sites within the assigned territory (Midland/Odessa, TX).
  • Strong troubleshooting, technical problem-solving, and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
