What you will do

• Lead innovation projects end-to-end, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at targeted quality levels.
• Report project progress pre-launch and monitor product performance post-launch.
• Facilitate regular project reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Lead corrective action plans for product quality issues during the product lifecycle.
• Foster a culture of accountability and transparency within cross-functional project teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• 3+ years of experience in a PMO role handling complex, multi-functional projects.
• Proven track record in managing budgets, timelines, and project risks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills.
