Salary: $122,400 - $183,600

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud platform services, infrastructure-as-code, and automation frameworks for enterprise-scale public cloud environments.
• Build reusable software components, CI/CD pipelines, and code libraries to enable secure and consistent deployments.
• Implement secure-by-design guardrails, including identity and access management, encryption, logging, and observability.
• Evaluate and integrate new cloud services, translating business and security requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop operational tooling, monitoring, and AI-enabled operations to support global reliability.
• Collaborate across application, security, and infrastructure teams to modernize platforms and improve delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Must work from the hirify.global facility in Mounds View, Minnesota (onsite 4 days a week).

Nice to have

• Software engineering background with experience in JSON, Python, and API-driven development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS public cloud platforms and services.
• Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps models.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, container platforms, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and enterprise governance.
