What you will do

• Evaluate global suppliers for manufacturing capabilities, production capacity, and quality systems.
• Conduct technical due diligence, prototype reviews, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
• Monitor production risks and manage vendor performance to ensure project timelines and quality.
• Coordinate the handover of fabricated assets, including packaging, logistics, and installation sequencing.
• Develop and maintain a qualified global network of entertainment and scenic suppliers.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in entertainment production, themed entertainment, or scenic fabrication.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance systems.
• Experience with international logistics, customs, and import/export requirements.
• Ability to balance technical requirements, cost, and schedule when making supplier recommendations.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience working with China-based manufacturers and proficiency in Mandarin.
• Background in touring productions, roadshows, or large-scale experiential installations.
• Experience with AV, lighting systems, and custom machinery for themed environments.
