Endowment & Foundation Sales Director (Finance): Driving revenue growth and developing sales strategies for the endowments and foundations segment with an accent on nonprofit institutional investors and investment governance. Location: Hybrid, must be based near a office in the Northeast (USA); requirement of working in the office at least three days a week.
Salary: $151,000 – $302,500

What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the endowments & foundations segment.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify market opportunities and expand the client base among nonprofit institutional investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and industry influencers to generate new business.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting endowment & foundation investment governance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery of tailored endowment and foundation solutions.
- Monitor sales performance and pipeline management while coordinating RFP and proposal activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales roles with endowments, foundations, and other nonprofit institutional investors.
- In-depth knowledge of endowment investment practices, including spending policies and asset allocation.
- Strong understanding of nonprofit governance structures and procurement processes.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses.
- Must be based in the Northeast (USA) and able to work onsite at least 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Master's degree or professional certifications such as CFA or CFP.
- Deep knowledge and experience implementing alternative investments within endowment portfolios.
- Ability to originate and win very large high-impact mandates with sophisticated institutional clients.
