What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair service at customer locations following established procedures and tools.
• Handle installation, commissioning, calibration, and testing of medical equipment according to company protocols.
• Implement Field Corrective Actions and manage customer complaints to provide effective corrective maintenance.
• Maintain professional working relationships with customers and co-workers through teamwork.
• Provide guidance and advice to clients and end-users on the proper operation and usage of equipment.
• Manage administrative work associated with service delivery and meet assigned KPIs.

Requirements

• ITE and/or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in field service for industrial equipment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret service manuals and strictly follow maintenance guidelines.
• Fluent in both verbal and written English.
• Ability to work in hospital environments and adhere to strict infection control and safety policies.
