What you will do
- Partner with department heads to analyze performance drivers and identify growth opportunities.
- Own financial insights for assigned areas, explaining the "why" behind results to drive business recommendations.
- Develop detailed financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses on unit economics and various business scenarios.
- Collaborate with teams to build bottom-up forecasts and annual budgets.
- Serve as a key finance partner for leadership, the board, and investors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, business partnering, or a similar analytical finance role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in building financial models and developing business cases.
- Analytical sharpness with the ability to communicate complex findings in plain language.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across different business functions.
- Ability to work from Vilnius, Kaunas (hybrid) or remotely from anywhere in the world.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of SQL or a strong willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with unit economics metrics such as MRR, LTV, ROAS, retention, and contribution margin.
