What you will do

• Monitor and maintain capital adequacy while tracking regulatory requirements and managing reserves.
• Protect 100% of client funds through authorized methods in compliance with Lithuanian and EU regulations.
• Implement and enhance safeguarding controls, including reconciliations and remediation workflows.
• Develop reporting and KPIs to improve transparency on cash, safeguarding, and risks.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design scalable data models and workflows.
• Act as an independent control function, escalating deficiencies and supporting regulatory audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of analytical experience in financial services or fintech.
• Expertise in data analysis and reconciliations.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Must be a resident in or willing to relocate to Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Bank of Lithuania requirements or EU EMI/PI safeguarding regimes.
• Knowledge of capital adequacy, own funds calculations, and liquidity monitoring.
• Familiarity with PSD2, PSD3, and E-Money Directive.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
