What you will do

• Review suspicious activity, conduct investigations, and recommend enforcement actions per company policy.
• Execute daily operational runbooks to identify fraud and integrity issues within the community.
• Identify emerging risk trends and refine operational runbooks to mitigate fraud.
• Collaborate with Operations, Legal, and Product teams to embed integrity requirements into the contributor lifecycle.
• Monitor fraud-prevention vendors and provide recommendations to improve detection outcomes.
• Produce reports on fraud trends and quantify risk exposure and mitigation opportunities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Trust & Safety, Fraud/Risk Operations, Investigations, or Customer Support Operations.
• Must be located in the United States.
• Ability to write and modify SQL queries independently to investigate anomalies and identify trends.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication skills to articulate risks and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience working in AI/ML, data, or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Previous experience specifically in fraud or workforce integrity.
