Salary: $107,200 - $160,800

What you will do

• Lead the strategic vision and multi-year portfolio strategy for the EV-ICD franchise.
• Develop and own financial, market, and portfolio models to quantify investment decisions and tradeoffs.
• Drive product and feature prioritization and define end-to-end portfolio strategy components.
• Monitor market trends using market research, voice of customer (VoC), and competitive intelligence.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategic priorities and execution milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in business strategy, product marketing, or commercialization (or Advanced degree with 2+ years).
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proven ability to build compelling strategic stories and present to senior leadership.
• Experience in problem-solving and influencing diverse stakeholders in a complex environment.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in medical, healthcare, or business fields.
• Knowledge of medical device industry standards, including clinical trials and reimbursement.
• Experience with Voice of Customer (VoC) and market research design.
• Experience operating within a fast-paced, global organization.
