Location: Hybrid; minimum 3 days per week in London (Television Centre)

What you will do
- Lead the development and delivery of innovative audio-visual content for and third-party partners.
- Oversee studio and location recordings, managing multi-camera workflows to ensure sound and visual coherence.
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary production team (audio, video, digital) to achieve a clear editorial vision.
- Develop short-form content derived from long-form productions for digital platforms.
- Manage relationships with hosts and contributors to capture high-quality performances.
- Plan and manage production workflows, schedules, and budgets.
Requirements
- Proven experience producing successful video content in a commercial environment.
- Demonstrable passion for innovating audio and video formats across factual genres.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with hosting talent and creative teams.
- Expertise in overseeing multi-camera studio or location shoots.
- Understanding of podcast commercial frameworks, distribution, and platform models.
- Must identify as deaf, disabled or neurodivergent (as part of the Extend programme).
