What you will do

• Serve as the appointed statutory Compliance Officer for hirify.global Colombia, leading SAGRILAFT and PTEE implementation.
• Design and refine scalable compliance frameworks for AML/CFT and Sanctions across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Panama, and Peru.
• Act as the primary high-level liaison with the Superintendencia de Sociedades and other supervisory authorities.
• Lead complex compliance risk assessments to identify systemic trends impacting the LATAM portfolio.
• Provide senior-level coaching and upskilling to local compliance team members across the region.
• Optimize policy documentation and future-proof operational and technological risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Based in Colombia to fulfill statutory requirements.
• Expert knowledge of SAGRILAFT and PTEE regulations.
• Experience as a regulatory liaison with supervisory authorities.
• Proven ability to build agile compliance frameworks in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Experience in senior-level coaching and regional strategic advisory.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English for regional and global coordination.
