What you will do

• Conduct outbound calls to reactivate inactive clients and identify churn reasons.
• Apply retention strategies by presenting personalized offers, bonuses, and incentives.
• Execute outbound promotional campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives and brand campaigns.
• Onboard newly registered clients and educate them on platform features and payment methods.
• Handle callback requests and resolve client issues, including de-escalating complaints.
• Support VIP operations during peak and high-load periods.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Sales roles.
• Proven experience in the iGaming and Sports Betting market.
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
• Understanding of iGaming industry KPIs, metrics, and terminology.
• Must be based in Warsaw.
