TL;DR

Technical Customer Support Representative (SaaS): Providing order and technical support for customers in the APAC region with an accent on SaaS program troubleshooting and satellite imagery quality control. Focus on coordinating service incident resolutions, managing operational delivery, and supporting B2B client requirements.

Location: Must be based in Singapore (Hybrid: Tuesday-Thursday)

What you will do

  • Handle inbound email and phone communications for APAC customers to resolve technical and order-related queries.
  • Provide technical support for SaaS programs and perform basic quality control evaluations of satellite imagery.
  • Process orders, prepare quotations, and assist customers in defining specific image and order requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact to coordinate service incident resolutions and escalate technical issues.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to demonstrate the value of support offerings and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage tasking and archive projects to ensure effective operational delivery.

Requirements

  • Must be able to attend the Singapore office on a hybrid basis (Tuesday-Thursday).
  • At least 2 years of experience in professional or B2B customer service roles.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating environment, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to travel internationally (less than 10%).

Nice to have

  • Experience with GIS tools such as QGIS, ESRI ArcMap, or ESRI ArcPro.
  • Background in Earth Observation or experience with CRM systems.
  • Proactive mindset, strong initiative, and a team-focused attitude.
