Salary: $111,900 – $186,700

What you will do

• Architect and optimize enterprise-scale data pipelines and integration frameworks for analytics, reporting, and AI/ML workloads.
• Design scalable data lake, warehouse, and real-time streaming solutions using cloud-native technologies.
• Serve as the technical lead for data engineering initiatives, providing architectural guidance and mentoring junior/mid-level engineers.
• Develop cloud-native solutions utilizing AWS, Snowflake, Spark, Kafka, and Airflow.
• Implement data quality, metadata management, and observability while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, SOX, and GDPR standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical data architectures.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or software engineering.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, Snowflake, and enterprise ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native tools including AWS Glue, S3, Kafka, and Airflow.
• Strong understanding of insurance industry data (P&C and/or Life domains).
• Proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise data initiatives.

• Experience with Spark, DBT, and Infrastructure as Code frameworks.
• Expertise in real-time streaming and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Data Vault 2.0 for data warehousing.
