What you will do

• Manage inbound telephone calls, emails, and text messages from service members and their families.
• Execute scheduled outbound outreach calls according to government requirements.
• Perform needs assessments to identify and provide appropriate resource referrals.
• Document all interactions and follow-up actions accurately in the MCWIITS system.
• Coordinate with Non-Medical Case Managers for customers needing additional assistance.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of PII and PHI while meeting quality assurance standards.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional call center experience.
• US citizenship and the ability to pass a federal background check.
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in documenting interactions within MCWIITS or similar case management systems.
• Demonstrated empathy when supporting injured service members and their families.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in military, veteran, healthcare, or government customer service.
• Familiarity with military support programs or veteran resources.
