What you will do
- Install, repair, and maintain telecommunications equipment including radios, digital microwave (MW), and RF data link equipment.
- Manage wired and wireless systems, AEI systems, IP networks, VoIP, and cameras.
- Troubleshoot telecommunications devices to the component level and collaborate with the IT help desk to resolve tickets.
- Configure and use testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
- Read and interpret electronic circuit schematics for board-level troubleshooting and repair.
- Perform advanced soldering on Through Hole and Surface Mount Devices (SMD).
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to report to the designated work location in Kansas City, KS.
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Electronics or Vocational Certificate in Electronics technology preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable electronics experience.
- Proficiency in soldering and ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now and in the future.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Hiring process
