Junior Onboarding & Implementation Specialist (SaaS): Managing the transition of new hospitality clients onto the hirify.global platform with an accent on account configuration and user training. Focus on data migration, process optimization, and ensuring successful go-live milestones.

What you will do

  • Set up and configure customer accounts and develop implementation plans.
  • Deliver online training sessions and workshops for new users.
  • Advise customers on process improvements and automation best practices.
  • Support data migrations, imports, and platform configuration.
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams on API connections and integrations.
  • Manage onboarding timelines and ensure smooth handovers to the Customer Success team.

Requirements

  • Higher education qualification or equivalent level of professional thinking.
  • Experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Strong interest in software, technology, and automation.
  • Ability to quickly understand new systems and explain them clearly to others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
