What you will do

• Manage end-to-end customer implementations over 7–10 week journeys, coordinating timelines and milestones.
• Build trusted customer relationships, managing expectations and identifying risks to ensure a successful go-live.
• Coordinate data migration activities using Excel and internal import tools.
• Provide product guidance and troubleshoot challenges to support customers' day-to-day childcare operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Training, and Account Management.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation while independently managing a project calendar.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in an onboarding or implementation role, ideally within a SaaS or technology business.
• Proven experience managing multi-week implementation projects with multiple touchpoints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building capabilities.
• Must be an Australian citizen or have eligibility and documentation demonstrating the right to work in Australia.
