TL;DR

Location: Remote, Must be based in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone (USA)

What you will do

  • Lead customers through the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process from kickoff to go-live.
  • Coordinate implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful deployments.
  • Support technical onboarding activities, including system configuration, data setup, and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot common implementation and integration issues, escalating complex problems to technical teams.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams to maintain a consistent customer experience.
  • Maintain implementation documentation and contribute to the optimization of operational workflows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in implementation, customer success, or a customer-facing technical role.
  • Proven experience working with customers in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, data integrations, and data workflows.
  • Experience supporting integrations such as SSO, rostering, or data synchronization.
  • Ability to manage multiple implementation projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Must be based in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone.

Nice to have

  • Experience within EdTech or implementation-focused environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and project management tools.
  • Basic SQL knowledge or experience querying data.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools for issue diagnosis or workflow improvement.
