What you will do

  • Prepare and execute daily game releases and configure supplier settings within the Back Office.
  • Set up and optimize game lobbies across multiple client brands.
  • Test new game releases and configuration changes in staging environments to resolve issues before go-live.
  • Collaborate with technical and integrations teams to support supplier onboarding and new brand launches.
  • Raise and track game-related bugs and configuration problems through Jira.
  • Maintain game certification records and ensure games meet regulatory requirements across active jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months' experience in the iGaming industry, ideally in Games QA, Technical Support, or Casino Operations.
  • Good understanding of online casino games, suppliers, and game release workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate configurations.
  • Proactive approach with a logical way of investigating and solving problems.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and third-party suppliers.

Nice to have

  • Experience using Jira and Confluence for task tracking, issue logging, and bug escalation.
