What you will do

• Connect clients to the aggregator platform and coordinate integrations with game providers.
• Provide full support for client setup requests and technical onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate project records using technical and operational documentation.
• Manage tasks, updates, and communication using Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and GitLab.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve client issues and setup requests.
• Monitor setup progress to ensure timely completion of integration activities.

Requirements

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Russian language skills at B1 level or higher.
• Experience in iGaming, technical support, or a similar operational role.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and GitLab.
• Must be based in Georgia.
