What you will do

• Own and optimize marketing workflows and operational processes across multiple teams.
• Manage daily marketing operations, including meeting coordination, documentation, and Jira board maintenance.
• Lead landing page operations, covering task planning, execution control, and continuous iteration.
• Coordinate efforts between internal teams and external third-party partners.
• Manage the marketing project roadmap to ensure timely delivery of all initiatives.
• Implement AI tools and automation to enhance day-to-day team efficiency and workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager.
• Deep understanding of the iGaming industry, specifically media buying and marketing funnels.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and PM methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience managing landing page lifecycles, including QA and ordering.
• Basic proficiency with AI tools (advanced usage is a strong advantage).
• Must be based in Europe.
