What you will do

• Coordinate the delivery of marketing projects, campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
• Maintain project plans, roadmaps, and task tracking across multiple marketing workstreams.
• Facilitate marketing standups, project check-ins, and status meetings to ensure team alignment.
• Work cross-functionally with Community Management, Social Media, Creative Production, PPC, SEO, and CRM teams.
• Identify project blockers and proactively follow up with stakeholders to keep schedules on track.
• Optimize project management tools and workflows using Jira, Notion, or similar platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing project management, coordination, or marketing operations.
• Experience in iGaming, esports, gaming, or a similar fast-paced digital industry.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Notion.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience with various marketing channels (content, social media, influencer marketing, CRM, paid media).
• Data-driven approach to improving operational performance.
