What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Process quote requests and gather necessary customer information for the sales team.
• Support order entry activities and track orders throughout the fulfillment process.
• Maintain and update customer records within company systems.
• Prepare reports and analyze sales data to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Manufacturing, Shipping, Finance, and Engineering.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
