What you will do

• Support sales initiatives as a training role and prepare for progression to Account Sales Manager (ASM).
• Provide route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness, injury, or special projects as needed.
• Maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for off-premise stores.
• Execute daily preparation using sales tools (insights, displays, Point of Sale, pricing) and coordinate daily priorities with ASMs/DSMs.
• Drive in-route execution using Winning vs Competition (WVC) and Perfect Store Audit (PSA) metrics and meet daily KPIs (sales, distribution, pricing, displays, new accounts, merchandising).
• Support off-route activities including audits, blitzes, and display building to drive sales performance.

Requirements

• Valid US Driver’s License and ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.
• Obtain/maintain DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Travel: 0–10%.
