What you will do

• Design and implement automation frameworks for web, mobile, APIs, and backend services.
• Drive contract and integration testing for service-oriented architecture and API-first practices.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines by introducing reliable automated quality gates.
• Lead and mentor QA Automation Engineers, establishing engineering standards and code review practices.
• Define and track quality KPIs such as defect escape rate and automation coverage.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Architects on the overall technical direction.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland (Hybrid).
• 5+ years in QA/test automation, including 2+ years in a lead or architect role.
• Proven experience designing AQA frameworks from scratch across multiple domains.
• Strong expertise in API testing (REST, SOAP, GraphQL, event-based).
• Hands-on experience with mobile test automation (Appium, XCUITest, or Espresso).
• Experience testing Salesforce (Apex, Provar, or Copado) and MuleSoft/ESB integrations.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.

Nice to have

• Background in banking, fintech, or regulated financial services.
• Experience with core banking system testing and contract testing.
• Knowledge of performance/load testing and test observability tools.
• Familiarity with BDD and collaboration with business analysts.
