What you will do

• Design and maintain automated tests for API-based systems and regression testing scenarios.
• Support release activities by executing QA tasks to ensure release readiness.
• Perform selective exploratory and manual testing where automation is not the most effective approach.
• Manage test assets, traceability, and reporting within enterprise test management tools.
• Investigate failed test runs to identify product defects, test defects, or environment instability.
• Promote quality standards and an automation-first approach as a senior voice within the project.

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior-level QA experience in automation-focused roles.
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework and Python for test automation.
• In-depth knowledge of API and system testing.
• Practical experience with test data, environment configuration, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with enterprise test management tools and reporting.
• Exposure to AI-assisted tools and agent-based workflows in testing.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with qTest as a test management tool.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated environments.
• Exposure to Pega-based solutions or comparable enterprise platforms.
• Experience working in BizDevOps environments.
• Familiarity with Jenkins for CI/CD-based delivery.
